CNC flying saw
When the tube coming out of the fixed-diameter part of the CNC flying saw moves forward at the speed of the welding pipe, the speed measuring device of the CNC flying saw enters the flying saw car. The cutting is carried out in motion. The cutting device is mounted on the flying saw car. The four wheels under the car can move along the track. The reciprocating motion of the trolley is controlled by the fixed length transmission, and the computer directs the forward and backward rotation of the transmission motor. When the welding pipe speed is synchronized with the speed of the car in the drive walking, and in the synchronous motion, the calculation is carried out by computer, after the steel pipe size reaches the set length, the clamping cylinder push clamp clamps, and directs the sawing cylinder action, after cutting off the saw blade return, return to the post-message, and the running trolley return to its original position. This set of motion device is controlled by electric proximity switch and cylinder, rack mechanical drive, and photoelectric encoder. The hot spot of this unit: after the tube is formed and finalized, it enters the cut-off station, the cut-off trolley is driven by low inertia DC motor, reducer, universal shaft, gear rack, and the detection wheel placed on the workpiece drives the rotary encoder to rotate and measure the length of the inspection speed. Control system is convenient to monitor the running state of the saw machine, and adjust the on-line parameters according to the running waveform, the driving module adopts: Germany Siemens 6 ra28.. The bed is a cylindrical guide rail structure.
The cutting units are used to complete the production process, cutting product to the requested size. The cutting units generally include the following groups:
