Forming chamber & pendulum system

(1)Function

Drum type fiber collection machine sucks fiber from fiber forming system by exhaust fan. The fiber is settled on the net surface of drum type fiber collection machine uniformly, then forms first felt. Then by fiber lifting system, send first felt into pendulum system.

(2)Structure

Drum type fiber collection machine is mainly consisted with frame, fiber collection tank with water cooling and shot baffle, halftone, hallow shaft, slewing bearing, brush roll, shot roll, four set spiral conveyor, inner and outer scraper conveyor, moving washing hydraulic giant, fiber lifting system and high pressure air blowing system etc.

(1)Function

Pendulum conveyor is used to receive first felt from fiber collection machine. First belt is made into blanket on the forming conveyor.

(2)Structure

Pendulum is consisted with two belt conveyors, one swing belt, one swing structure and pendulum platform. Adjust felt width by adjusting swing device speed.
