Electronic control system

Automatic control system of rock wool production line uses DCS + host control system, and realize its whole production process control and management from raw fiberizing to packaging.

According to the need of the production process, automatic control system will set up fiberizing control system, product control system, binder control system, water recycle control system and DCS automatic control system.

Control cabinet, instrument panel will be located in their respective control room. Production line speed control and high power fan mainly adopts frequency and speed control motor.
