Cutting system

Cross cutting machine: installed between two conveying roller beds, and consist with saw travelling crane and bottom belt conveying device. Saw travelling crane can move transverse and longitudinally, while bottom belt conveying device can move longitudinally.

The transverse speed of saw travelling crane is driven by gear motor and synchronous belt, guided by linear guideway, and controlled by limit switch signals of saw travelling crane.

The synchronized operation of saw travelling crane and production line and quick return is made by servo electric cylinder. The conveying rotate of medium belt conveying device is driven by variable frequency drive device of rear conveyor.
