Coke:
The QRD-2000 (III) clean heat recovery ramming coke oven used has been internationally recognized and is the most favored oven type in developed countries such as the United States, Germany, and Japan.
Anode material:
The particle size distribution was measured using a Mastersizer 3000 intelligent laser particle size analyzer.

1. Test platform

Small coke oven test system for coke:
KXJL-HZ-40 "environmentally friendly load-type" experimental coke oven can make a complete and accurate evaluation of the dry distillation coking effect of different coal blends, summarize the best raw material ratio, and guide coke oven production with high-quality, low-consumption raw material formulas.
Coal fluidity tester:
JS1-1 Gibbs flow tester is made entirely of high thermal conductivity metal materials, which act as heat storage bodies while enhancing heat transfer. The target temperature reacts sensitively to the size of the heating current and can accurately control the heating rate within 3±0.1℃.
