2. Saving glue: use center spraying of glue, spray glue more evenly, the amount of glue per ton of rock wool dropped 10%-30%.

Reducing organic matter in negative pressure wind, it is beneficial to environmental protection: the central spraying of glue is the main spray glue, and the surrounding spraying of glue is the auxiliary spray, which reduces the burning of resin by insoluble high temperature substance such as slag ball, reduces the organic matter in negative pressure wind, is beneficial to environmental protection, and saves resin.

4. Design structure is more reasonable (spray glue structure, shock absorption structure, adjustment structure, dis-assembly and assembly, etc.). 5 Fiber quality is good: fiber length, wool compression strength, tensile strength has a significant increasing, comparing with backwater centrifuge.
