      1.Pulp Preparation & Agitation: Food-grade stainless steel mixing tanks with dual-drive agitation fully disperse fibers and functional fillers, delivering a uniform and stable slurry — the foundation of quality paper. 

       2.Slurry Distribution System: Multi-valve headbox piping distributes the stock evenly across the width, eliminating thickness variation. 

       3.Wet-Laid Forming & Vacuum Dewatering: Stable wire-section forming with multi-stage vacuum dewatering compacts the sheet gradually — dense, uniform and smooth. 

       4.Continuous Drying System: Stainless steel drying tunnel with zoned, controllable heating and hot-air circulation for consistent dryness — no wrinkling, no deformation. 

       5.Conveying & Reeling: Roller conveyors feed the finished paper smoothly to automatic reeling, fully interlocked for labor-saving operation.
