The fully automatic pendulum-type rock wool production line is an integrated, automated system that uses basalt, diabase, and slag as raw materials. The entire production line covers the full process, from raw material crushing and batching, high-temperature melting in a cupola furnace, four-roll centrifugal fiber spinning, spray bonding and fiber aggregation, pendulum-type cross-layering of fibers, hot-air curing, cooling and cutting, to finished product packaging.Core equipment includes a high-temperature melting furnace, a high-speed centrifuge, a pendulum-type fiber-laying machine, a tunnel curing oven, and a CNC trimming unit. The entire process is controlled by variable-frequency drives working in tandem, enabling the stable production of rock wool boards for exterior wall insulation.
