Technical parameters and introduction of high-speed centrifuge

1. Combined centrifuge with air ring, mainly air ring, atomized binding, oil lubrication

and atomization system, oil tank. And centrifugal roller are driven by three motors

with frequency conversion. The new design is integrated structure. It is with small

size, convenient replacement of core and parts, and easy operation and control. It is

a new ideal equipment for rock wool production plants.

2. The design of the movable air ring is distributed and manufactured according to

the size of the rollers. The linear speed of each roller is different. When the linear

speed is at the optimal value, the air outlet position has different air volume and

wind pressure, and the fiber forming condition is the best. The fiber formation rate is

high, and the fibers are thin and long, which ensures the fiber quality. At the same

time, there is no conflict between the roller and the air ring, which increases the

service life of the centrifugal roller.

3. The binder supply system is divided into two-way or four-way device connections:

the atomization device has one-way adjustment and control, is reasonably arranged, and the binder spray fibers are evenly distributed. In addition, it is easy to replace

and clean in time, so the rock wool products binder uniformity reaches 98% or above, the quality requirements are truly guaranteed.

4. The centrifuge core has advanced structural design and is easy to install. In rock

wool production, if a centrifuge is used, it can be replaced in time by preparing a

spindle core. The design of the core adopts a steel sleeve sealed structure. The

cooling of the bearings and the oil circulation lubrication are completed by a single

branch pipe into the atomization. The atomized oil model adopts diesel engine oil

(CD20W-50 in summer; CD10W-30 or CD15W-40 in winter). Dosage: 60~100 drops

per minute. Adjust air pressure to control oil flow.

5. All the connecting parts of the centrifuge's supporting equipment adopt quick

connection methods. Water, oil, binder, air inlets all use standard quick connectors, which are easy to install, short replacement time, and easy to maintain. The

compressed air supply pressure is 3~4 kg. The delivery pressure of the binder pump

is 3~4 kg. The cooling water pressure of the centrifugal roller is kept at 3-4Kg, and

there are two air ring fans, and the air inlet is separated for blowing away. The air

duct uses a movable air cloth, with air supply sleeve to connect the input.
