Curing Oven Lubrication System

 The curing oven lubricating system consists of following components.

1. Control Cabinet

2. Main shaft sensors

3. Spray modules

4. Air and oil pipelines

The oil tank, pressure gauge, magnetic valve, pump and motors are fixed to the control cabinet. The system is able to monitor oil pressure and air pressure, accurately control oil and gas volume.

Main shaft sensors are consists of Toothed wheels and proximity switches.The toothed wheel is fixed to the curing oven driving shaft at the same size as curing oven drive gear(to simulate its movement). The proximity switches are beneath the toothed wheels so to send signal back to the cabinet every time when the cog passes.

There are 4 spray modules installed in the curing oven at right top, left top, right bottom and left bottom of the chains.

The pipelines are made of aluminum with galvanization to improve durability.

There are 2 types of system that we can supply. One is with independent cabinet the other one is attached beside the curing oven. See the photos below for the difference.

The 2 types are exactly the same in operating principle while the electronic components in the Independent model are slightly better.
